Sales Officers (Sales in Banking)

Job Summary

WTD Consult is hiring Sales Officers to market and originate payroll loans through the Controller and Accountant General Department on behalf of financial institutions across the country.

Responsibilities

• Engage and Educate: Identify and reach out to government workers eligible for Payroll Loans.
• Client Registration: Assist clients in completing loan application forms accurately.
• Promote Loan Products: Explain loan packages, repayment terms, and benefits to clients.
• Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals through active field engagement.
• Customer Support: Provide after-sales service and follow up on client satisfaction.
• Marketing & Outreach: Participate in marketing drives, school visits, and institutional campaigns.

Qualification & Requirements

• Must be at least an SHS graduate.
• HND or Diploma in Marketing, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field would be an additional advantage.
